Strategy Manager – 9 Months

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in all facets of strategic initiatives to define, implement, and align with the overarching strategy and objectives of NatWest BaaS and Mettle.

• Enhance customer experiences while efficiently and cost-effectively achieving specified outcomes and metrics.

• Formulate comprehensive strategies, plans, and projects in collaboration with various functions, businesses, and support and control teams.

• Evaluate and analyze both organizational and customer-facing business performance, competitor activities, financial assessments, new business prospects, and emerging trends.

• Prepare strategic documentation for audiences such as the NatWest Boxed Executive Steering Committee and NatWest Retail ExCo.

• Cultivate an understanding of pertinent issues by leveraging customer insights and market dynamics to pinpoint critical focus areas.

• Engage with senior stakeholders by providing updates on strategy, financial performance, and progress against objectives.

• Foster relationships throughout the organization and with strategy teams across the bank.

• Background in business strategy within a financial services sector or strategy consulting.

• Strong understanding of the relevant industry, including current and future risks and opportunities.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Proficiency in conveying complex information and concepts clearly.

• Strategic mindset with strong analytical thinking abilities.
