Consulting Manager – Strategy & Operating Model

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee medium-sized client projects and workstreams

• Handle daily delivery operations

• Evaluate the current business, digital, or IT environments and create a rationale for change

• Utilize data and insights to formulate strong recommendations

• Design and execute target operating models

• Present reports to clients and conduct workshops

• Actively manage client stakeholders

• Assist in ongoing go-to-market strategies and proposition development

• Contribute to business development efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in the consulting industry, at a Manager-equivalent level with other consulting firms

• Analysis of value propositions and strategic drivers

• Design of operating models

• Organizational design expertise

• Value stream mapping and process redesign experience

• Development of roadmaps and business cases

• Project and program management experience utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Knowledge of technology and AI trends and their impact on strategy and operating models

• Willingness to travel within the UK for regular client-site interactions

• Current security clearance (SC / BPSS), or eligibility and readiness to obtain such clearance
