This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Lead consulting engagements with clients across a varied range of strategic initiatives.
• Identify brand and innovation opportunities through analysis of market trends, cultural insights, and consumer behavior to reveal unique growth potential.
• Convert insights into precise brand strategies, encompassing positioning, purpose, and narrative.
• Implement brand and creative strategies from start to finish, collaborating across functions to effectively launch ideas in the market.
• Enhance innovation pipelines by pinpointing unmet needs, validating concepts, and articulating value propositions.
• Create materials that facilitate change and enhance customer focus, such as journey maps, experience principles, and playbooks that assist organizations in executing their strategies.
• Act as a strategic consultant, challenging conventional thinking and revealing transformative opportunities.
• Build rapport with executives and quickly establish trust.
• Successfully lead engagement teams to consistently deliver outstanding client service and results.
• Promote collaboration with various teams and specialties at Human8.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in strategy or consulting.
• Strong presence, confidently leading meetings, facilitating discussions, and persuading stakeholders to reach clear decisions and next steps.
• Sharp business acumen, critical thinking abilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills throughout the engagement process.
• Proficient in utilizing frameworks and visual models to effectively communicate ideas and strategies.
• A degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Brand, Organizational Development, MBA) is advantageous, but we equally value demonstrable, equivalent experience.
• Proven success in leading, mentoring, and managing project teams with agility, alongside strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
