Strategy Director

📋 Description

• Act as a senior strategic partner for one of Instrument's major enterprise clients, assisting in defining long-term strategic direction across a varied portfolio of projects.

• Develop trusted relationships with executive client stakeholders while collaborating closely with cross-functional leaders in strategy, design, technology, production, research, and growth.

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of strategists, promoting strategic excellence and aiding individuals in enhancing their skills and advancing their careers.

• Steer teams through intricate business challenges by connecting insights, pinpointing opportunities, and fostering alignment across multiple workstreams.

• Collaborate with account leadership to uncover growth opportunities, contribute to pitches and proposals, and reinforce long-term client partnerships.

• Conduct workshops, presentations, and strategic discussions that inspire confidence, promote alignment, and assist clients in making well-informed decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience leading strategy for intricate digital, product, brand, or experience initiatives within an agency, consultancy, or in-house organization.

• A history of establishing trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and confidently navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and challenging conversations.

• Experience in leading and nurturing strategists or multidisciplinary teams, creating an environment conducive to growth and exceptional work.

• Demonstrated success in contributing to account growth through strategic consulting, business development, pitches, or discovering new opportunities within existing client relationships.

• The capability to think broadly across product, digital experience, content, marketing, and brand strategy, linking efforts across disciplines to address business challenges.

• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence both clients and internal teams effectively.
