This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Establish and oversee portfolio governance frameworks, which include meeting schedules, decision-making forums, and escalation procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive visibility of portfolio health, encompassing milestones, risks, dependencies, and progress in execution.
• Ensure the consistent implementation of SET methodologies, governance benchmarks, and enterprise delivery frameworks across all initiatives.
• Assist in defining program roles, responsibilities, and governance boundaries to foster accountability and alignment.
• Convert strategic priorities into organized portfolios, execution strategies, and prioritized initiatives.
• Facilitate the intake, prioritization, scoping sessions, and collaborative planning workshops for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with business leaders to ensure initiatives are well-structured, sequenced, and prepared for execution.
• Create and maintain portfolio management tools, dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems.
• Monitor resource allocation, portfolio demand, initiative status, and execution metrics to aid leadership decision-making.
• Track and report on KPIs, execution progress, and value realization across strategic initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding for the SET operating model, tools, templates, and governance processes.
• Organize governance meetings, leadership reviews, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
• Promote continuous improvement of portfolio processes, governance standards, templates, and playbooks.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery models by ensuring alignment between SET methodologies and enterprise execution practices.
• Experience in strategy, portfolio management, program management, PMO, business operations, or a related discipline.
• Strong grasp of portfolio governance, structured delivery methodologies, and principles of operational excellence.
• Proven experience managing complex initiatives utilizing portfolio management tools, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.
• Exceptional organizational and project coordination abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to transform ambiguous challenges into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience in supporting executive-level reporting and decision-making.
• Proficient in facilitating workshops, planning sessions, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and promote alignment across various teams.
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid delivery methodologies, or enterprise transformation frameworks is preferred.
• Experience in the insurance, financial services, consulting, or large-scale transformation programs is advantageous.
• Exposure to enterprise PMO, Program Operations, or governance functions is highly desirable.
