This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Reduce operational and commercial risks by maintaining comprehensive risk registers and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
• Enhance productivity by pinpointing inefficiencies and benchmarking best practices across various service lines.
• Evaluate complex data to track financial and operational KPIs, ensuring our service delivery aligns with contractual obligations.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize work preparation, scheduling, and execution processes.
• Influence key stakeholders by delivering actionable insights regarding performance risks and opportunities to enhance margins.
• Lead root-cause analysis initiatives to resolve recurring issues and boost long-term asset performance.
• Proficiency in navigating long-term service contracts and industrial maintenance settings.
• Ability to convert complex operational data into clear financial and performance insights.
• Understanding of the factors influencing operational risk, productivity, and cost management.
• Expertise in engaging stakeholders across operations, finance, and contract management teams.
• Strong interest in continuous improvement and driving sustainable change.
• A formal degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred, but we highly value your overall experience and professional accomplishments.
• Eligibility for Bonus Plan: Qualify for the Variable-AIP annual bonus plan, which offers a target incentive of 15% of the individual’s annual base salary based on the achievement of key business metrics and personal performance.
• Pension Fund (Cometa): All levels are eligible, excluding executives (dirigenti). Employer Contribution: 2% (2.2% if under 35). Employee Contribution: 1.2%. Based on monthly gross salary.
• Medical Benefits (Metasalute): Healthcare coverage under the NCBA, with the option to opt out of basic coverage for supplementary healthcare provided by Generali.
• Additional Medical Coverage from Assicurazioni Generali - coverage details are available in the information booklet upon request, which may require an employee contribution via salary sacrifice.
