⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive and demonstrable experience of 5+ years leading areas or projects in process governance and performance indicator management.

• Technical specialist in identifying, mapping, controlling, and mitigating operational risks.

• Advanced proficiency in defining and parameterizing KPIs, SLAs, and corporate governance models.

• Proven hands-on experience in structuring RACI matrices and facilitating organizational performance management rituals.

• Proactivity and Autonomy: Ability to monitor compliance and drive corrective actions independently and assertively.

• Assertive Communication: Skill in leading management rituals with managers and leaders, influencing based on hard data and performance analytics.

• Adaptability to Change: Ability to strengthen governance and control in highly dynamic and agile corporate technology architectures.
