Senior Operations Specialist – EH&B Reporting & Governance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide administrative and reporting assistance for offshore projects.

• Oversee offshoring initiatives aimed at achieving operational objectives, enhancing efficiency, and promoting excellence in client service and agency operations.

• Evaluate service performance in relation to SLA/KPIs, and critically assess the reporting and outcomes.

• Monitor and report on issues, trends, and results from oversight activities to the relevant senior management.

• Prepare management information and governance reports, including protocols for risk escalation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements and effectively address operational challenges.

• Handle and respond to ongoing client or stakeholder inquiries, escalations, ensuring prompt resolution while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Consistently track system and process performance, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Provide administrative support for system access.

⛳️ Requirements

• College Degree or equivalent education, training, and work experience.

• Life & Health Insurance License.

• Experience in Employee Health and Benefits.

• Background in Offshore Operations.

• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to respond with urgency, professionalism, and responsiveness in all situations while effectively prioritizing tasks and achieving goals.

• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office software products.

• Capability to work independently without direct supervision.
