This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Tackle intricate challenges from various angles, extracting insights from consumers, market dynamics, and technical limitations, while working closely with technology and data colleagues to ensure solutions are both practical and commercially viable.
• Transform insights into actionable opportunities by aiding in the planning and execution of research, moderating straightforward interviews and testing sessions, and assisting teams in transitioning from observation to insight through collaborative workshops.
• Harmonize analytical rigor with creative thought, merging data-informed reasoning with intuitive problem-solving to propel innovation forward.
• Champion early and iterative validation, employing prototyping at suitable fidelity levels to test assumptions, learn rapidly, and refine concepts based on real feedback.
• Provide support for strategic project management in exploratory and custom innovation initiatives where the route may not always be clear, coordinating with stakeholders while ensuring clarity and momentum in uncertain situations.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, engaging with client-side practitioners to comprehend their technical landscape, brand, and primary challenges.
• Methodology – You possess familiarity with a variety of research methodologies and analytical frameworks, developing expertise in strategy creation "best practices".
• Project hygiene – You maintain a strong work pace and reliability. If a task falls behind schedule, you promptly raise the alarm and proactively assist in finding a solution.
• Commercial awareness – You enjoy analyzing and understanding the operations of companies. You inquire about the client's business strategy and brand, contributing to internal discussions that question assumptions.
• Communication – You are comfortable articulating technology and strategy concepts to individuals outside your area of expertise.
• Embrace AI – You are continuously learning and challenging the limits of how you utilize AI to enhance your work and disrupt your own methods of thinking and doing.
