This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Develop and lead negotiation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes, address escalated issues, and manage complex cases.
• Provide coaching and training for team members, maintain a negotiation manual, standardize policies, and promote continuous improvement.
• Oversee workflows, review documentation, ensure compliance with procedures, and implement enhancements in productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with clients, the sales team, and other departments to offer consultations and maintain professional communication.
• Utilize tools and dashboards to ensure precise documentation and audit claim summaries.
• Remain informed about industry trends and legal developments, sharing insights with the team.
• Independently manage assigned caseloads, monitor progress using RYG and PowerBI, respond to escalations, and develop research-based case arguments.
• Cultivate a collaborative team atmosphere, encourage professional growth, participate in leadership meetings, and coordinate documentation and training resources.
• Meet established KPIs for conversion rates, quality scores, revenue realization, customer satisfaction, resolution reduction, service completion times, and internal team satisfaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
• Possess a professional attitude and demeanor along with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Exhibit strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Capable of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and follow-up, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.
• Apply strategic thinking and data analysis skills to make informed decisions.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Legal Studies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a similar discipline.
• A Juris Doctor (JD) Degree or Paralegal Certification is highly preferred.
• Courses or certifications in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution are advantageous.
• Possess at least 7 years of proven knowledge and experience in lien resolution.
