Strategy Attorney – Lien Resolution Strategy Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Supervise negotiation strategies and ensure smooth progress of files.

• Assist team members in achieving positive results for clients.

• Actively participate in resolving intricate subrogation cases.

• Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to the team.

• Create and implement best practices throughout the team.

• Work collaboratively with leadership across various departments to foster unity and address challenges.

• Independently handle assigned caseloads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Legal Studies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a similar area.

• Juris Doctor (JD) Degree or Paralegal Certification is strongly preferred due to the legal aspects of the role.

• Minimum of 7 years of proven knowledge and experience in lien resolution.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills to guide and direct the internal team while managing client expectations.

• Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• High attention to detail and commitment to follow-up with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and advocate for change by creatively analyzing data to make informed decisions.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
