This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Develop and lead negotiation strategies aimed at achieving favorable outcomes, addressing escalated issues, and handling complex cases.
• Provide coaching and training to team members, maintain a negotiations manual, standardize policies, and encourage ongoing improvement.
• Oversee workflows, examine files, ensure compliance with procedures, and implement enhancements in productivity and quality.
• Engage with clients, the sales team, and various departments while upholding professional communication standards.
• Utilize tools and dashboards, ensure accurate documentation, and conduct audits of claim summaries.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and legal developments, sharing insights with the team.
• Manage assigned caseloads independently, track progress using RYG and PowerBI, respond to escalations, and formulate research-driven case arguments.
• Cultivate a collaborative team atmosphere, encourage professional development, participate in leadership meetings, and organize documentation and training materials.
• Meet and sustain established KPIs for conversion, quality, revenue realization, customer satisfaction, success in reductions, completion time, and internal team satisfaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Possess a professional demeanor along with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Exhibit robust leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Capable of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and follow-up, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
• Skilled in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• A bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree or Paralegal Certification is highly preferred.
• Courses or certifications in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution are advantageous.
• A minimum of 7 years of proven knowledge and experience in lien resolution is essential.
