Strategy Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee corporate strategy, strategic planning, business development, and M&A/joint venture projects.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to establish the organizational vision, goals, strategic priorities, and roadmap.

• Create and manage strategic planning processes while supporting mid- and long-term business plans.

• Direct acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture operations, which include pipeline development, target assessment, due diligence, negotiations, deal structuring, and transaction execution.

• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships while securing new business opportunities.

• Execute internal consulting projects, formulate business plans, carry out market and financial analyses, and provide executive-level recommendations and presentations.

• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, facilitating informed decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience or a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.

• A combination of relevant training and/or experience in place of a degree.

• Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

• A Master's degree is highly preferred; an MBA is strongly preferred.

• Experience in investment banking, consulting, or a corporate strategy/mergers and acquisitions team.

• Capability to support corporate strategy, strategic planning, business development, M&A, joint ventures, and internal consulting initiatives.

• Proficiency in conducting market, competitive, operational, and financial analyses.

• Skill in developing business plans, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations.
