• Integrate Empower data to produce actionable insights regarding customer behaviors and sentiment influences.

• Develop experimentation strategies that align with business and growth objectives.

• Lead impactful, cross-functional experimentation projects.

• Perform advanced analyses using multiple sources to forecast customer trends and guide strategic decisions.

• Utilize advanced analytical and modeling techniques to tackle complex business challenges.

• Provide guidance to leaders on experimentation design, interpretation, and trade-offs.

• Shape prioritization and decision-making through strategic insights.

• Contribute to the development of experimentation frameworks and best practices.

• Represent expertise in experimentation in cross-functional discussions.

• Convey strategic insights to senior leadership effectively.

• Foster and maintain the Experimentation Center of Excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.

• Over 10 years of experience in experimentation, analytics, or optimization.

• Profound expertise in experimentation design and statistical modeling.

• Proven ability to influence strategy without formal authority.

• Excellent executive communication skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Empower business model, product and service offerings, as well as customer and prospect needs.

• Access to reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work.

• A home workspace with minimal disruptions.
