• Convert intricate business challenges into clear, actionable quantitative solutions.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grasp their requirements and provide insightful, actionable recommendations.

• Develop statistical models to assess the influence of significant decisions and competitor actions.

• Predict the performance of Paramount’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) ventures.

• Evaluate price elasticity of DTC and competitor offerings in both global and domestic markets.

• Formulate a coherent and optimized pricing strategy for DTC products.

• Aid in enhancing models that support Paramount’s DTC financial projections.

• Incorporate data science tools into DTC financial forecasting.

• Over 5 years of experience in Data Science.

• Extensive experience with both traditional and innovative statistical models.

• Proficient in natural experimentation and/or econometric techniques.

• Capable of simplifying complex issues into straightforward, coherent solutions.

• Strong experience in writing robust Python and SQL code within a team environment.

• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.

• Ability to effectively communicate with non-technical stakeholders.

• Must successfully pass a background check.

• Experience in integrating AI solutions into existing business processes is a plus.

• Familiarity with media or subscription businesses is a plus.

• Experience using Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery, ML Engine, and APIs is a plus.
