This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete renewal process for your customer portfolio, ensuring high Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
• Discover and secure upsell opportunities.
• Develop and sustain relationships with executive-level stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor in strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate QBRs and milestone assessments to align customer objectives with BenchPrep’s offerings.
• Proactively foresee customer requirements and ensure alignment with their long-term business goals.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solutions Engineers to meet customer needs.
• Share insights with internal teams regarding product improvements and strategic initiatives.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS company, dealing with complex technical products.
• Strong capacity to forge relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, particularly in contracts and renewals.
• Strategic mindset with a proven record of achieving growth objectives.
• Exceptional skills in time management, organization, and prioritization.
• A strong enthusiasm for promoting customer success and aligning business objectives.
