This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Oversee Procurement and Sourcing functions for Professional Services categories such as Consulting, Marketing, Legal, Communications, and additional external services.
• Design and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to enhance cost efficiency and service quality.
• Manage the comprehensive Procurement lifecycle from needs assessment to contract execution.
• Lead and facilitate RFP/RFQ processes from development to vendor assessment and selection.
• Create and execute category management strategies across Professional Services.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and supplier benchmarking.
• Propel cost optimization initiatives and monitor savings realization.
• Analyze spending trends and identify opportunities for cost reductions and process enhancements.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Cultivate vendor relationships and negotiations for Professional Services providers.
• Assess vendor performance and lead strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to Procurement policies and regulations.
• Connect Procurement and Accounting to guarantee proper PO management and payment processes.
• Maintain thorough documentation and internal controls.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and business stakeholders to align Procurement strategies with organizational objectives.
• Generate reports on Procurement performance, savings, and Vendor Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of progressively responsible procurement experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading Procurement for Professional Services categories.
• Strong skills in Strategic Sourcing and negotiation.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts.
• Proven background in category management and strategic sourcing methodologies.
• Strong skills in risk assessment and mitigation for supplier selection.
• Ability to perform market research, benchmarking, RFPs, and competitive analysis.
• Experience in supplier evaluation, selection, and performance management.
• Proven record of cost optimization and achieving savings.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems; Omnea preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to influence stakeholders and drive procurement initiatives.
• Experience with P2P (procure to pay) processes.
• Professional certification in procurement or supply chain is preferred.
• Authorization to work in the country where the candidate currently resides.
