Strategic Sourcing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Ensure that procurement, risk, and contract compliance requirements are fulfilled and upheld.

• Oversee documentation related to supplier contract relationships.

• Address inquiries from clients and JLL regarding the contracts process.

• Provide data entry and management assistance through Jaggaer and Corrigo.

• Maintain the integrity of the contract database and other data management tools.

• Complete the due diligence for supplier onboarding, including the administration of Corrigo.

• Manage supplier files, certificates of insurance, amendments, letters, and other contractual documents.

• Prioritize, communicate, coordinate, and oversee contract amendments with suppliers and operations teams.

• Handle incoming and outgoing transition plans for service providers.

• Audit sourcing and contracting policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

• Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management on contractual terms and approvals.

• Keep track of correspondence and authorizations in precise files.

• Assist in resolving compliance components related to Certificates of Insurance.

• Manage inquiries, exceptions, and data across platforms concerning COI and Attestation administration.

• Participate in RFPs and other strategic initiatives.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new suppliers via Aravo.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in project management or sourcing.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Organizational skills combined with a strong analytical aptitude.

• Proficient PC skills, with expertise in all Microsoft applications.

• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
