This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.
• Lead and nurture a team of specialists; coach performance and facilitate professional development.
• Oversee a portfolio of factories within the designated country, ensuring that core KPIs are consistently achieved or surpassed.
• Engage in Risk Assessment (TD) and Pre-Production (T4) meetings by pinpointing risks and suggesting actions to protect product quality and performance.
• Foster a culture of open communication and encourage team members to "Speak-up."
• Address production-related challenges, such as material delays and low output, in collaboration with VF functions and factory partners.
• Participate in root cause analysis and CAP reviews concerning quality claims alongside the QM team.
• Facilitate the implementation of Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and ensure the effectiveness of the actions taken.
• Assist the RSO team in completing corrective action plans for social and environmental compliance.
• Contribute to VF's environmental and social initiatives, including the Higg Index, WCD, and LABS.
• Co-lead the automation strategy in partnership with the Commercialization team.
• Support factories in embracing lean manufacturing and best-in-class practices.
• Utilize data analytics to enhance factory performance and efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with cross-functional partners and serve as the primary contact for operational escalations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, material innovations, and manufacturing best practices.
• Advocate for compliance, accountability, continuous improvement, VF Values, and the “Winning Together” culture.
• Communicate the organizational vision and strategic goals to the team, linking daily operations to the overall direction.
• Engage in planning and prioritization, identifying improvement opportunities through cross-functional collaboration.
• Support employee performance and growth by providing coaching and constructive feedback.
• Promote collaboration and shared learning to enhance team performance.
• Lead by example through a commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability.
• Execute aligned processes to achieve objectives, foresee and prevent issues, and proactively address challenges.

• Familiarity with the apparel, equipment, and packs product category, including manufacturing processes, materials, and construction techniques.
• Proven leadership experience in managing multicultural teams and influencing stakeholders.

• Product Development or Technical expertise is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• At least 8–10 years of experience in production operations, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Experience working with overseas factories and managing multicultural factory teams.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PLM systems, and production planning tools.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
