Hotel Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively oversee the procurement processes for hotel and ground transportation on behalf of clients.

• Identify and source hotels while gathering market data for important destinations.

• Compile hotel details such as names, addresses, contact information, and star ratings utilizing internal databases and online resources.

• Handle RFP/RFI processes via API’s JET platform to negotiate rates, concessions, and contract terms.

• Investigate hotel options and maintain records in Salesforce.

• Evaluate market trends and conditions to secure advantageous scenarios for airline and hotel partners.

• Develop comprehensive destination presentations using Microsoft products and Adobe programs to illustrate savings and achieve revenue targets.

• Arrange domestic and international hotel site inspections as needed.

• Manage feedback from crew members through the online portal, addressing complaints or compliments within the specified SLAs.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Knowledge of Spanish or French is advantageous.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to positively present API in interactions with suppliers.

• Experience or proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft products, Adobe programs, and online/internal databases is required as per the duties outlined.
