This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Manage and supervise active contracts and procurement agreements.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Assist contract managers with task order, invoice, and amendment assessments.
• Evaluate contracts and offer strategic recommendations.
• Maintain communication with contractors to clarify contractual obligations and address issues.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments.
• Execute contract management policies and procedures while identifying areas for enhancement.
• Sustain a centralized contract repository and electronic contract documentation.
• Track contractual risks, terms, deliverables, deadlines, contractor performance, and compliance metrics.
• Draft and review correspondence, meeting materials, reports, spreadsheets, documents, and emails.
• Organize contract amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Assist with compliance matters, corrective actions, audits, and external evaluations.
• Conduct post-award contract reviews and document lessons learned.
• Maintain knowledge of procurement regulations, training materials, templates, and job aids.
• Develop standardized tools and processes for procurement and contract administration.
• Create instructional guides, reference manuals, and e-learning resources.
• Provide training and technical support to team members and contract managers.
• Review contractor invoices in accordance with executed contracts and governing regulations.
• Validate personnel and subcontractor documentation prior to invoice submission.
• Address inquiries from customers and suppliers.
• Collect and assess contractor and subcontractor payroll and communicate compliance issues.
• Analyze, prepare, and approve invoices within the scope of the contract.
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery schedules for contractual documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the PDS and CAHSR office.
• BA/BS plus 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent demonstrated experience and/or education.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Acquisitions, Legal, or a related field is preferred.
• At least four years of experience in contract management, contractual terms, pricing structures, pricing tools and data systems, project support, finance, contracting, or proposals.
• FAC-C Professional or equivalent certification.
• CFCM, CPCM, or Federal Contracting Warrant certification.
