This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Offer assistance to Integrated Facilities clients and internal stakeholders by enhancing JLL-managed services operations and sourcing strategies.
• Provide insights on market trends, suppliers, and operational intelligence for service operations.
• Identify and direct field resources to implement strategic initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert to support JLL sourcing strategies, supplier partnerships, and program management.
• Establish and execute standardized, efficient sourcing procedures.
• Create account sourcing plans aimed at cost reduction, supplier consolidation, sustainability, and supplier diversity.
• Work in collaboration with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to achieve immediate and lasting advantages.
• Oversee sourcing activities including supplier due diligence, prospective supplier evaluations, RFPs/bids, and operational transitions.
• Provide updates and communications to Supply Chain and business stakeholders.
• Assist operations teams with RFP/bid processes, contracting, supplier onboarding, and operational workflows.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with key suppliers.
• Support programs related to supplier relationships and performance.
• Ensure adherence to JLL and client sourcing, contracting, risk management, and ethical standards.
• Maintain data integrity within systems and ensure necessary documentation is complete.
• Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management regarding contractual terms and approvals.
• Aid in the development of supplier diversity initiatives and provide education to suppliers.
• 3–5 years of experience in strategic sourcing for services or indirect categories, particularly in facility services is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated history of exceptional internal and external customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities while achieving results in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and convey messages professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with procurement and work order systems such as Jaggaer, Ariba, or Corrigo is highly desirable.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
