This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Oversee the GPO and IDN contract strategy, establishing pricing structures to enhance sales, increase profits, and safeguard market share.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, and finance—to achieve strategic objectives and provide a cohesive customer experience.
• Formulate and spearhead comprehensive business growth strategies.
• Cultivate trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and foster a culture of excellence within the strategic sales team.
• Acquire knowledge in pricing, finance, and negotiation to establish your leadership role and drive value.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• An MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in sales and/or marketing is required.
• Experience in medical marketing and/or field sales related to GPO and IDN sales management is preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to develop strategies that align with and enhance overall business goals.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, both internal and external.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse groups.
• Proven excellence in creating and delivering presentations.
• Ability to analyze sales data from various sources effectively.
