📋 Description

• Oversee and lead a team of more than 11 intake and consultation specialists. Establish clear daily objectives, conduct team meetings, monitor call performance, and provide weekly coaching sessions to uphold focus, motivation, and accountability.

• Design and execute structured sales processes, call scripts, and follow-up procedures. Monitor key performance indicators such as call volume, consultation bookings, show rates, conversion rates, and follow-up success rates.

• Offer consistent one-on-one and group coaching to improve team members’ sales capabilities, including objection handling, tone, urgency, and empathy. Foster a culture of ongoing learning and enhancement to boost conversion rates.

• Work in partnership with the marketing department to ensure a consistent and high-quality influx of leads. Manage lead distribution, response times, and follow-up sequences to guarantee no opportunity is overlooked.

• Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports that summarize team performance. Deliver data-driven insights to leadership and implement improvement strategies where performance metrics fall short.

• Represent the firm at community events, expos, and partnership programs. Network with potential clients and referral partners to advance Serving Immigrants’ mission and generate new business opportunities.

• Identify inefficiencies in the intake and consultation process and design scalable solutions. Introduce or refine systems to enhance scheduling, lead tracking, and client communication efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with operations and legal teams to ensure a seamless transition from initial intake to signed client. Maintain cross-departmental communication to provide an integrated client experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or training role. Experience managing sales or intake teams in high-volume, service-oriented settings such as law firms, call centers, or professional services is highly preferred.

• Proven success in driving conversions, establishing rapport with clients, and sustaining energy in a fast-paced sales environment. Proficient in managing high call volume while providing personalized client engagement.

• Experienced in training, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve performance targets. Encourages accountability, consistency, and ethical selling practices within the team.

• Proficient in designing, refining, and implementing sales processes that align with overall firm goals and enhance client experience. Committed to long-term growth through structured and repeatable success systems.

• Confident in monitoring and analyzing KPIs, performance dashboards, and conversion reports. Utilizes data insights to identify trends, coach effectively, and enhance outcomes.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. The ideal candidate must communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically in both spoken and written English and Spanish.

• Dedicated to transparent and honest sales practices that prioritize client trust and compliance. Maintains professionalism even in high-pressure situations.

• Comfortable attending and presenting at community events, conferences, and expos. Capable of confidently addressing diverse audiences and passionately representing the firm’s mission.

• Proven capability to lead, support, and assess remote teams through structured communication, clear expectations, and consistent accountability practices.
