This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take charge of the sales experience by cultivating and managing relationships with key decision-makers and executives.
• Oversee intricate sales cycles from initial outreach to finalization.
• Identify new client opportunities, create product presentations and business cases, craft and present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the Cresta product, the Contact Center industry, our distinct competitive advantages, and the needs of our customers.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Achieve your sales targets.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in SaaS software sales at the enterprise level.
• Proven track record in negotiating, structuring, and executing complex enterprise agreements.
• Previous experience in leading cross-functional teams through significant deal closure processes.
• Ability to clearly communicate contractual, technical, and financial value propositions to customers, including executives.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly in delivering presentations to C-level executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
