This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Take ownership of the Plan-Fact review cycle across various regions and commercial teams.
• Recognize deviations in revenue, margin, and profitability, and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate directly with Cluster Managers and Regional Directors to gain insights into the business context behind performance discrepancies—beyond just the figures.
• Develop corrective action plans in partnership with commercial stakeholders, integrating quantitative analysis with operational realities and market-specific insights.
• Facilitate discussions across functions to unify stakeholders around key priorities, solutions, and execution strategies.
• Ensure execution follow-through and uphold accountability among teams until tangible business results are realized.
• Address obstacles and maintain momentum in decision-making.
• Oversee Cost of Sales drivers and profitability metrics across regions and partners.
• Create visibility frameworks and actionable profitability reports.
• Spearhead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing margin and operational efficiency.
• Assist in optimizing partner economics, payment terms, and commercial profitability.
• Establish scalable governance frameworks for managing revenue and margins.
• Aid in budgeting, forecasting, marketing investment cases, and strategic commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue leadership, FP&A, Marketing, Analytics, and Commercial teams.
• Proficient in English.
• 3–6+ years of experience in roles that blend commercial exposure, analytical rigor, and operational responsibility.
• Proven experience working directly with senior commercial stakeholders and influencing business decisions without formal authority.
• Background in Revenue Operations, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Business Performance, Strategy & Operations, or Consulting with P&L exposure.
• Strong grasp of profitability and performance metrics, including Gross Margin, Contribution Margin, CoS, CAC, LTV, and P&L logic.
• Demonstrated ability to create governance processes and operational frameworks within complex cross-functional settings.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort in working with BI tools and data teams.
