This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop an exceptional CRM architecture: You will take charge of HubSpot and transform the initial implementation into a scalable, multi-country CRM. Your role will involve designing the data model, pipeline structure, and automations that align with the actual sales and renewal processes of the B2B team, making HubSpot the definitive source of truth for all B2B data: clean, reliable, and trustworthy.

• Manage analytics and scoring across the B2B funnel: You will establish the analytics layer (in partnership with the Data team) that provides the B2B team and leadership with real-time insights on pipeline, conversion, retention, and account health. You will create and manage client scoring models (lead scoring, account prioritization, churn risk, expansion potential) and convert raw activity data into actionable insights that highlight the right opportunities and identify potential risks.

• Optimize and scale B2B processes: You will conduct a comprehensive audit of the B2B funnel (prospection, qualification, closing, onboarding, account management, renewal, expansion) and streamline each step to be simple, fast, and efficient. You will establish clear handoffs, SLAs, and ownership responsibilities across Sales and Account Managers, implement automation and AI wherever beneficial, and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's progress.

• Act as the strategic partner for the B2B team: You will collaborate closely with the BU owners to pinpoint bottlenecks, prioritize initiatives, and elevate performance to the next level. You will transform vague inquiries (such as conversion drops, account prioritization, and sales-cycle bottlenecks) into structured, data-driven analyses and actionable recommendations, laying the foundation to scale RevOps as a function over the next 12 to 24 months.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: You have over 4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or Strategy & Operations, with practical experience in a rapidly growing B2B setting.

• CRM expertise: You have designed (not just used) a CRM at scale (HubSpot or Salesforce). You understand how to create data models, develop automations, and transform a CRM into a strategic asset.

• Analytical capabilities: You possess advanced SQL skills and are proficient with a BI tool (Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or similar).

• Tech & AI-first mindset: You prioritize scalable, tech-driven solutions over manual fixes and are enthusiastic about creating automation, tooling, and data flows. You view AI as a key lever and continuously seek innovative ways to enhance efficiency.

• Problem-solving ability: You enjoy addressing complex, ambiguous challenges with structured thinking, creativity, and a proactive approach.

• Operational focus: You are perpetually curious and detail-oriented. You relish hands-on work, feeling equally at ease in strategic discussions with leadership and deep-diving into HubSpot issues.

• Autonomy: You can independently manage and drive intricate cross-functional projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

• Communication skills: You convey complex concepts clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.

• Languages: You are fluent in English (both spoken and written).

• Mindset: You possess an entrepreneurial spirit, embrace challenges, welcome feedback, and are passionate about continuous learning and improvement.
