This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop and automate processes within HubSpot, including the design and implementation of workflows, properties, lifecycle automations, and various system enhancements.

• Oversee the billing and CPQ system using Chargebee, managing selling rule logic and tailored workflows.

• Play a role in reporting and data management by creating HubSpot reports and dashboards.

• Take ownership of integration use cases on the HubSpot platform and handle any errors that arise.

• Promote user enablement to ensure that solutions deliver value through effective training and testing.

• Present solutions to stakeholder groups, simplifying technical information into comprehensible formats.

• Diagnose issues and document findings for future reference.

• Utilize AI to enhance productivity in workflow logic, documentation, and system improvements.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience building in HubSpot, with practical knowledge in creating complex workflows, custom properties, and reporting.

• Proven experience managing a CPQ and integrated billing system; familiarity with Chargebee is advantageous.

• Possess a business-minded curiosity, asking insightful questions, grasping the rationale behind requests, and providing constructive feedback when necessary.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and a consistent practice of documenting your learning process.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting solutions to stakeholder groups through Miro, slide decks, or live demonstrations.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools in your work processes and projects; experience with Make, ClickUp, or similar platforms is a plus, though not mandatory.
