This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Take charge of the Plan-Fact review cycle across various regions and commercial teams.
• Detect deviations in revenue, margin, and profitability while conducting thorough root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate directly with Cluster Managers and Regional Directors to gain insights into the business context behind performance discrepancies - looking beyond just the figures.
• Develop corrective action plans in partnership with commercial stakeholders, integrating quantitative analysis with operational realities and market-specific insights.
• Facilitate discussions across functions to align stakeholders on priorities, solutions, and execution strategies.
• Ensure follow-through on execution and uphold accountability among teams until measurable business results are achieved.
• Address obstacles and sustain momentum in decision-making processes.
• Oversee Cost of Sales drivers and profitability performance across different regions and partners.
• Create visibility frameworks and actionable reports on profitability.
• Lead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing margin and operational efficiency.
• Assist in optimizing partner economics, payment terms, and commercial profitability.
• Implement scalable governance processes for managing revenue and margins.
• Aid in budgeting, forecasting, marketing investment cases, and strategic commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue leadership, FP&A, Marketing, Analytics, and Commercial teams.
• Proficient in English.
• 3–6+ years of experience in roles that encompass commercial exposure, analytical rigor, and operational accountability.
• Experience working directly with senior commercial stakeholders and effectively influencing business decisions without formal authority.
• Background in Revenue Operations, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Business Performance, Strategy & Operations, or Consulting with P&L exposure.
• Strong comprehension of profitability and performance metrics, including Gross Margin, Contribution Margin, CoS, CAC, LTV, and P&L logic.
• Demonstrated ability to create governance processes and operational frameworks in multifaceted, cross-functional settings.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfortable working with BI tools and data teams.
