This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take ownership of and maintain HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and dependability.
• Create and enhance workflows, automations, and operational procedures.
• Oversee lifecycle stages and lead management protocols.
• Develop dashboards and reports that facilitate informed business decisions.
• Enhance alignment and transition processes between Marketing and Sales.
• Analyze and refine essential funnel, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
• Offer operational support for marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events.
• Over 4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or CRM Management.
• Proficient in HubSpot with strong practical knowledge (reporting, workflows, lifecycle stages, properties, and automation).
• Familiarity with pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• A robust analytical mindset with a business-oriented approach.
• Regularly utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
• Nice to Have
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, consulting, Data, or AI sectors.
• Experience in RevOps.
• Background in event marketing.
• Familiarity with Claude or other AI tools within a professional setting.
