This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Assume strategic responsibility for the performance of hotel clusters across Europe.
• Execute daily yield management strategies aimed at boosting hotel revenues and enhancing market share.
• Perform statistical analyses to devise effective strategies and methodologies.
• Oversee and optimize distribution channels to ensure peak performance.
• Collaborate with General Managers (GMs) to create precise forecasts for each hotel.
• Partner closely with the Head of Revenue Management & VP of Commercial to formulate annual budgets.
• Aid in the analysis of new markets and assist in preparing room budgets for potential property acquisitions.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue management or distribution is required.
• Ideally, you should be located in Portugal or Spain.
• Previous experience overseeing multiple properties is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in managing promotions while maintaining brand integrity.
• Excellent numerical reasoning and analytical capabilities.
• Highly dedicated and self-driven.
• Outstanding planning and organizational skills.
• A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge effectively with others.
• Experience with Ideas, Siteminder, and Mews is considered a plus.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
