This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the enterprise reporting strategy by establishing standardized metric definitions, data governance standards, reporting policies, and best practices.
• Drive the strategic roadmap and prioritize reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery, adoption, and measurable business impact of enterprise reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, clients, and broker partners to convert business requirements into effective reporting and analytics solutions.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on reporting and analytics capabilities while enhancing reporting maturity.
• Manage large-scale, enterprise-critical projects and transformation initiatives.
• Establish and supervise reporting application governance, data quality controls, and validation processes.
• Assess, prioritize, and implement enhancements to reporting content, tools, and capabilities.
• Create and deliver training sessions, system demonstrations, and thought leadership to encourage self-service analytics adoption.
• Offer leadership, mentorship, and direction to reporting analysts, project teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related analytical or healthcare field, along with 5 years of progressive experience in enterprise-scale data, analytics, and reporting strategy initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in defining and scaling enterprise reporting and data governance strategies, including KPI standardization, data quality frameworks, and regulatory/contractual reporting alignment.
• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare or insurance sectors, including payer, provider, PBM, or analytics/data platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare industry data models and business drivers.
• Advanced technical skills in SQL Server, Microsoft Excel, and BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience utilizing healthcare analytics platforms like Cedar Gate, Truven, or Cotiviti.
• Proven leadership in complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives.
• Ability to achieve measurable business impact through analytics.
• Extensive knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, and regulatory/contractual reporting requirements.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement and partnership building.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with clients, brokers, prospects, and senior leadership.
• Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-directed.
• Capability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive results in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
• An advanced degree, such as a Master’s in Business Administration, is preferred.
