Strategic Quoting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Prepare, dispatch, and monitor material quote requests to adhere to deadlines.

• Assess Bills of Materials (BOMs) to evaluate inventory availability or new sourcing requirements.

• Engage directly with suppliers to obtain and clarify quotations.

• Analyze pricing, compare supplier quotes, and pinpoint cost-saving opportunities.

• Monitor and expedite any outstanding or delayed quotations.

• Collaborate with Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, and Engineering teams regarding supplier and cost strategies.

• Identify alternative components for obsolete or long-lead time parts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to read and interpret BOMs and mechanical drawings.

• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and ERP systems.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

• Capacity to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience preferred, or an Associate’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in purchasing electronic components, PCBAs, and mechanical assembly materials.
