Strategic Project Manager – Medicaid Capture Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold integrated project plans, timelines, trackers, and associated tools that offer insight into priorities, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decision points.

• Continuously enhance governance structures, operational methods, templates, and project management tools to bolster consistency, accountability, and execution effectiveness.

• Produce materials for updates and discussions with senior leadership, converting complex project activities into clear status summaries, key insights, and decision-support content.

• Manage the central project site and related documentation processes to ensure that materials are organized, up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with team standards.

• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and advance project management practices, including utilizing Copilot, Power Automate, and similar tools to enhance speed, collaboration, and efficiency.

• Provide research, analytical, synthesis, and documentation support that helps translate contracts, regulations, market insights, and partner feedback into actionable team deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in providing project management support for strategic and cross-functional projects, including at least one year with a Medicaid managed care organization.

• Proficiency in project tracking tools and software such as Sharepoint, Lucid, Excel, PowerPoint, and Co-Pilot.

• Proven experience driving large-scale, highly matrixed workstreams that necessitate alignment across various business functions, leaders, and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with leveraging technology and automation solutions, including Microsoft Co-Pilot, Power Automate, and related tools to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and decision support.

• Experience creating executive-level communications, leadership presentations, status reports, and decision-support materials for senior leadership audiences.

• Background in establishing and refining governance processes, operational methods, and project management tools that enhance transparency, accountability, and execution effectiveness.

• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, dependencies, and strategic considerations while facilitating informed decision-making and successful execution.
