Senior Project Manager – Strategic Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of project management for designated corporate strategic initiatives.

• Create and sustain detailed project plans, workback schedules, RACI matrices, risk registers, and status dashboards.

• Collaborate effectively across various business functions.

• Organize and lead working sessions and project evaluations.

• Uphold program health dashboards and provide consolidated reporting throughout the project portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree related to the position or an equivalent qualification, required.

• At least seven years of experience in project or program management.

• Three years in the mortgage, financial services, or a highly regulated industry.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or a similar certification preferred.

• Strong understanding of mortgage origination and/or servicing operations.

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
