This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Take charge of developing project plans for fleet initiatives.
• Establish the scope, timelines, milestones, stakeholders, and success metrics for each initiative.
• Monitor progress across workstreams and proactively identify blockers, risks, and dependencies.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous projects while ensuring stakeholders remain aligned and informed.
• Provide project updates and status reports to various stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Design and document comprehensive processes for ongoing fleet operations.
• Serve as the internal project lead for upfit design initiatives.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery logistics from upfitters to the field.
• Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with fleet procurement vendors, upfitters, and leasing providers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience in fleet management, operations program management, or a related field.
• PMP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with the capacity to drive results through cross-functional teams and present at various organizational levels.
• Excellent project management abilities, including the follow-up on action items and consistent monitoring of results.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (including Excel, Word, and Teams).
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Experience collaborating with upfitters, equipment vendors, or on specialty vehicle builds is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with fleet management platforms is a plus.
