Service Delivery – Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the operational processes related to customer service, product delivery, vendor procurement, project management, and account oversight.

• Verify that quotes are precise, orders are submitted correctly, shipments are monitored, and inventory is handled efficiently.

• Organize deployments, maintain communication with customers, and confirm vendor invoices prior to submission to accounting.

• Assist in ensuring that documentation remains accurate, comprehensive, and up to date.

• Oversee action items to ensure that commitments and responsibilities are tracked effectively.

• Manage multiple tasks and moving parts simultaneously.

• Conduct research on products, pricing, vendors, licensing, and process alternatives as required.

• Develop frameworks, templates, and improved workflows over time.

• Identify gaps or inconsistencies before they escalate into larger issues.

• Accept guidance on the desired results and translate that into operational implementation.

• Establish and uphold organizational accountability concerning commitments and action items.

• Promote follow-through by ensuring that assigned tasks remain visible until they are completed.

• Assist in keeping documentation accurate, thorough, and current across all operational areas.

• Balance persistence and professionalism while following up with internal teams, customers, and vendors.

• Appropriately escalate issues when commitments are consistently overlooked or ignored.
