This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
β’ Oversee the complete delivery lifecycle of technical projects, primarily within CX and telecom sectors.
β’ Manage both fixed-scope and Time & Materials (T&M) projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
β’ Develop and upkeep project plans, encompassing tasks, timelines, responsibilities, and key milestones.
β’ Identify project risks and collaborate with vendors, carriers, and third parties to address challenges.
β’ Adhere to standard project management methodologies such as scheduling, reporting, change management, and risk monitoring.
β’ Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, Finance teams, and external partners.
β’ Supervise project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures in conjunction with Finance teams.
β’ Create project updates, reports, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of practical project management experience, particularly within CX, telecom, or infrastructure-related settings.
β’ Demonstrated capability in managing technical projects from inception to completion, with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication.
β’ Experience in coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, maintenance tasks, and multi-party technical transitions.
β’ Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a knack for facilitating meetings, driving decisions, and managing cross-functional collaborations effectively.
β’ Proficient in project management and collaboration tools like Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Excel for tracking and financial analysis.
β’ Strong organizational skills paired with an exceptional attention to detail.
β’ Capability to work efficiently in multicultural and distributed team environments.
β’ Preferred: Previous experience within telecom, ISP, carrier, UCaaS, CX, or wholesale voice sectors.
β’ PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential.
