Strategic Program Specialist – Commercial Supply Chain

📋 Description

• Interpreting and conveying supply-related insights (such as backlog, substitutions, and service impacts) into concise, actionable updates that empower commercial teams to safeguard revenue, prioritize opportunities, and effectively engage with customers.

• Assisting and spearheading the implementation of cross-functional initiatives that enhance service quality, facilitate revenue growth, and bolster alignment between commercial and supply chain teams.

• Developing and promoting standardized communication frameworks for service-related updates, ensuring uniformity and clarity throughout the commercial organization.

• Coordinating cross-functional alignment and escalations among Supply Chain, Sales, and Portfolio teams.

• Aiding in Executive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) reporting, including the consolidation of commercial inputs and identification of key risks and growth opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of experience in supply chain, operations, program/project management, commercial operations, or a related field.

• High School Diploma/GED or higher AND eleven (11) years of experience in supply chain, operations, program/project management, commercial operations, or a related field.

• Four (4) years of experience in supporting and/or leading cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Operations.

• Experience in managing data, reporting, or process execution in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software.
