Supply Chain Materials Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver training to both new and existing teammates on PANDAC, SurgiTrack, and QSight.

• Support implementations as required for PANDAC and QSight, which may involve nights and weekends.

• Provide coverage for teammates during vacations, leaves of absence, and vacancies across all services.

• Offer feedback to customers regarding the status of their programs.

• Visit at-risk accounts to assess the program and onsite teammates.

• Develop action plans for customer programs identified as at-risk and execute necessary changes.

• Give teammates performance feedback and insights into the state of their programs.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain Services Regional Managers to offer comprehensive feedback on teammates and programs.

• Be prepared for travel within a week, with travel requirements at 75%.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree is preferred.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare surgical services, logistics materials management, or project management is required.

• Fundamental knowledge of, or the ability to learn about, wound closure products and procedures as outlined in the PANDAC training manual, to effectively communicate with nursing staff in a professional manner (including suture materials, needles, endomechanical products, associated costs, and product characteristics).

• Familiarity with inventory management software is preferred.

• Proficiency in using technology to accurately document supply movements.

• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

• Proven organizational skills; capable of managing projects to completion; ability to work independently.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service abilities; capable of collaborating effectively with others.

• Ability to generate reports, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations.
