• Establish and implement the worldwide supply chain strategy for biosimilars across Drug Substance (DS), Drug Product (DP), and finished goods.
• Lead the integrated business planning (IBP/S&OP) process and convert strategy into practical supply plans.
• Guarantee a dependable supply by overseeing internal manufacturing facilities and external Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
• Manage demand, capacity, and inventory planning within a complex global network.
• Ensure readiness for product launches and spearhead lifecycle supply management, which includes technology transfers and product modifications.
• Supervise logistics, distribution, and cold-chain operations to maintain high service standards.
• Identify supply chain risks and formulate strategies to mitigate capacity and sourcing challenges.
• Enhance financial outcomes through cost optimization, inventory oversight, and KPI governance.
• Develop and lead a high-performing global supply chain team.
• Collaborate across functions with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline (MBA is preferred).
• Significant experience (typically over 15 years) in relevant leadership positions within supply chain or manufacturing in biopharma, biotech, or biologics.
• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end global supply chains, including internal production and CMOs.
• In-depth knowledge of biologics manufacturing and supply processes (DS/DP/FP), along with quality and regulatory standards.
• Strong proficiency in IBP/S&OP, demand planning, and supply risk management.
• Experience in navigating complex global matrix organizations and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and financial skills (COGS, working capital, inventory).
• High levels of resilience, adaptability, and flexibility to handle ambiguity, manage change, and lead effectively in dynamic, fast-paced global settings.
• Proven leadership experience with a solid capability to cultivate effective teams.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in English (additional languages are advantageous).
