• Assist in stakeholder engagement and readiness for the implementation of Textile Exchange’s certified supply chain system components, such as the Content Claim Standard (CCS), relevant policies (SC/TC), and tools like Trackit, by converting technical advancements into user-friendly engagement materials, organizing consultations, and facilitating structured feedback collection.
• Act as a primary engagement resource for certified supply chain system components, including the Content Claim Standard (CCS), Policy for Scope and Transaction Certificates (SC/TC), and associated tools like Trackit.
• Keep track of updates to standards, policies, calibration decisions, and tool enhancements to ensure that changes are communicated effectively in collaboration with the Standards & Assurance department.
• Convert technical requirements, policy modifications, and tool functionalities into stakeholder-friendly formats that aid in understanding and implementation by certified organizations.
• Assist in identifying, designing, and executing consultations regarding certified supply chain standards, policies, and tools in partnership with the Standards & Assurance department.
• Collect and document stakeholder feedback, implementation challenges, and operational insights to foster continuous improvement of system components and user experience.
• Monitor and analyze stakeholder trends, highlighting recurring themes and risks to relevant internal teams to guide policy updates and system development.
• Serve as a bridge between the Standards & Assurance department and Engagement & Partnerships colleagues to translate technical certified supply chain information into accessible and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Aid in awareness-raising engagement activities concerning chain of custody requirements, policy expectations, and supportive tools.
• Develop foundational content and educational resources that can be utilized across Engagement & Partnerships initiatives to enhance stakeholder understanding of system changes, tool updates, and implementation expectations.
• Support the Industry & Materials Engagement teams in managing relationships with certified organizations and Trackit users by providing guidance on standards and policy content relevant to CCS, SC/TC requirements, and system implementation.
• Address complex stakeholder inquiries regarding chain of custody requirements, certified supply chain policies, and associated tools.
• A minimum of three years of combined experience in standards systems and/or quality management.
• Highly detail-oriented, logical, systematic, methodical, and exceptionally organized.
• Experience in database systems with both external and internal users.
• Background in handling a high volume of inquiries is advantageous.
• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating within teams and across departments.
• Ability to function in a flexible yet fast-paced remote environment, meeting deadlines and regularly updating progress.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Project Management software.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capable of effective communication across different time zones.
• Required travel: less than 10%
