Operations & Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Order Management: Accurately process all confirmed orders without delay.

• Logistics & Freight: Oversee all freight bookings, coordinate courier services, and schedule deliveries.

• Invoicing & Administration: Promptly issue invoices following order confirmation or agreed-upon milestones.

• Customer Communications: Professionally and promptly manage all incoming customer inquiries.

• Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Foster and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.

• General Operations: Identify and rectify inefficiencies proactively.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operations, logistics coordination, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing freight and order fulfillment, beyond mere administrative duties.

• Background in invoicing and basic financial administration.

• Excellent written English skills, as your customer interactions reflect a premium brand image.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management tools, and a quick adaptability to new systems.

• Must be available and responsive during Australian business hours — this is non-negotiable.
