Supply Chain Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Ensure timely delivery performance by actively managing supplier commitments and expediting materials as necessary.

• Assist with daily procurement operations and delivery assurance activities for Pratt & Whitney engine programs.

• Foster strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to address delivery risks and constraints.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring effective communication and responsiveness to program requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality, engineering, and operations.

• Evaluate supply chain data to pinpoint risks and implement corrective measures to achieve business goals.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, which include the development and standardization of processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a University Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline.

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, supplier management, or related operations.

• Background in the aerospace or manufacturing sector.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP.

• Proven experience in developing or enhancing standardized processes.
