Strategic Procurement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive strategic sourcing, onboarding of suppliers, and the prioritization of products.

• Create a procurement playbook to guarantee that essential hardware and materials are prioritized, sourced, and scheduled efficiently.

• Design a supplier dashboard that offers tools for monitoring vendor SLA’s, addressing exceptions, and modifying procurement strategies as necessary.

• Spearhead the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure consistent and high-quality purchasing and contracting practices.

• Actively identify and evaluate supply chain risks by formulating multi-sourcing strategies, tracking vendor financial health, and developing long-term contingency plans to maintain supply continuity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, and Program Management.

• 8 years of experience with supply chain principles, vendor negotiations, and contract management.

• 8 years of experience with Procurement and ERP software (e.g., SAP (SaaS), Coupa).
