This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate supplier proposals, analyze cost components, and produce actionable insights.
• Create clear and strategic presentations in PowerPoint to guide sourcing decisions.
• Organize and manage contract documentation, ensuring it complies with standards and is easily accessible.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of suppliers and oversee relevant documentation.
• Supervise modifications, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address documentation discrepancies and service expectations.
• Aid in optimizing procurement tools and processes; assist in vendor performance evaluations.
• Keep precise records of vendor information, payments, and purchase orders.
• 4–5 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Sourcing, or a related field.
• Experience in supplier analysis, contract management, and Request for Proposal (RFP) support.
• Proficient in drafting and reviewing SOWs and SLAs.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor compliance standards.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Self-driven, process-oriented, and highly efficient.
• Availability to work during US Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
