This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Cultivate robust relationships with recruitment leaders and the recruiting team to anticipate and strategize key staffing initiatives, enhancing the efficiency of the recruiting process.
• Discover passive candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, resume databases, job fairs, industry networking, cold calling, in-person meetings, and referrals.
• Source candidates utilizing contemporary best practices and techniques across diverse disciplines and geographical locations.
• Effectively convert position requirements from the hiring team into a clear and concise sourcing profile.
• Successfully manage multiple sourcing projects with little to no supervision.
• Utilize Workday ATS and other systems to monitor and communicate with candidates.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations concerning employment practices.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Barry-Wehmiller’s culture, organizational structure, and available positions.
• Research and stay informed on market trends and recruitment best practices relevant to applicable functional areas.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting and sourcing experience in either a corporate or agency setting.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with current sourcing techniques and a proven history of placing high-quality professionals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying, building relationships with, and hiring passive candidates.
• Strong technical proficiency with MS Office suite, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, and various job boards.
• Extensive experience with recruitment techniques and employment terminology.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of fostering relationships with candidates and team members.
• Proven ability to align top talent with career opportunities and organizational culture.
