Lead, Material Master – Procurement, Manufacturing Data Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and uphold high-quality master and transactional data across ERP systems.

• Collaborate effectively with procurement, manufacturing, planning, finance, and operations teams.

• Support initiatives related to data governance, validation, and process standardization.

• Analyze and address data/process discrepancies and operational challenges.

• Engage in system implementation, migration, enhancement, and support tasks.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to enhance process efficiency and data precision.

• Lead documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist with testing, training, and deployment activities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience with robust functional knowledge in procurement, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.

• Practical experience with Material Master, BOM, Routing, PO, Contracts, and associated business processes.

• Experience in ERP environments such as SAP/S4HANA is preferred.

• Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced remote setting.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in managing teams and cross-functional projects.

• Strong client-facing and coordination abilities.
