This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Rippleworks team members and our Portfolio to identify key business priorities, convert them into an ideal expert profile, and proactively reach out to potential experts.
• Create diverse networks of potential experts through sourcing initiatives and community engagement.
• Plan and implement events and community experiments (including newsletters) that transform initial introductions into eager experts ready for matchmaking.
• Contribute to the development of One Rippleworks by influencing the entire organization. We believe every individual at Rippleworks plays a role in actively shaping our company culture to foster inclusivity and enable us to perform at our best.
• 6+ years of overall work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in recruitment or sourcing.
• 1+ years of experience collaborating with senior leaders.
• A confident and inquisitive communicator with extensive leadership experience at the director, VP, and CxO levels.
• Building meaningful relationships is inherent to your values.
• Nice to have:
• A strong interest in marketing and community management.
• 1+ years of experience in social impact or making a positive difference in the world.
• Utilizing AI to enhance candidate sourcing and engagement.
• Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Receive a salary of $168,000 along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, holidays, flexible PTO, wellness programs, and remote-work stipends. Although Rippleworks maintains a global salary structure, the salary mentioned here applies to employees on US payroll. To ensure fairness in total rewards across different countries, salaries may be adjusted when hiring in locations with significantly higher employer-paid mandatory benefits.
