This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic partner to the VP of Digital Product Management and senior executives.
• Convert the Digital Product Management strategy into actionable priorities, operating plans, and results.
• Facilitate strategic planning, enhance organizational effectiveness, and drive technology and AI-enabled initiatives, business operations, and executive communications within the AI & Data organization.
• Provide strategic and operational assistance to the VP and the senior leadership team.
• Transform strategic priorities into quantifiable goals, action plans, milestones, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
• Offer guidance on portfolio, organizational, capability, and investment decisions.
• Design and manage annual operating cycles, which include leadership retreats, staff meetings, and performance readouts.
• Oversee the daily implementation of departmental strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
• Handle agenda planning, coordination, and facilitation for leadership meetings and retreats.
• Monitor key initiatives across AI & Data leaders and ensure consistency.
• Enhance the effectiveness of the leadership team, operational rhythm, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead special projects focused on organizational design, talent strategies, capability development, change management, and operational enhancements.
• Support offsites, seminar series, training, staff profiles, mentoring connections, and engagement strategies.
• Create processes, tools, and working methods that foster transparency, accountability, learning, and execution.
• Coordinate budgeting, resource allocation, headcount management, and scenario analysis.
• Manage talent processes such as hiring, promotions, workforce planning, and personnel actions.
• Develop presentations for executives, business reviews, strategic communications, governance documents, portfolio reviews, and leadership updates.
• Direct the departmental communication strategy and content calendar, encompassing newsletters, events, and executive updates.
• Doctorate degree with 2+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, or consulting; OR Master’s degree with 4+ years; OR Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years.
• Experience in life sciences, biotech, or AI/data-driven sectors.
• An MBA or advanced degree in strategy, management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Outstanding executive presence, judgment, and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives and operating with flexibility.
• Expertise in executive-level presentations, change management, and cross-functional planning.
• High emotional intelligence and the capability to navigate uncertainty with diplomacy and influence.
